Why homeowners pick us
Planned on Paper, Then Built to the Plan
Most surprises in electrical work come from skipping the planning. These four habits are how we avoid them.
An estimate you can read
Each circuit, device, permit and patch-up item gets its own line and its own price. You can drop a line, ask about it or compare it with another bid.
Permits are part of the job
The application goes in under our name, chasing the inspection date is our job, and one of us is on site when the inspector comes. The signed card ends up in your records.
We test before we replace
On repair calls the meter comes out first. A failing breaker, a loose neutral or a tired outlet is found and fixed rather than guessed at with new parts.
Finished means labelled and swept
Breakers are named, covers go back on, drilling dust is vacuumed up, and we point out each change to you before the van leaves.
How a job runs
Four Steps From First Call to Inspected Work
- 1
Call and describe it
Say what you want added or what has gone wrong. Two or three questions about the house, then we agree a visit slot.
- 2
Free visit at the house
We open the panel, check its capacity, trace the cable route and note anything that affects the price.
- 3
Itemized estimate
You get a written estimate with each part of the job priced separately. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- 4
Install, inspect, hand over
We do the work, pass the inspection, label the panel and walk you through the finished job.
Service area
Electrical Work Across the Plateau and Nearby
From Klahanie and Pine Lake to the Sahalee side of town, we cover all of Sammamish and the towns around it. Bigger plateau houses often have the garage a long way from the panel, so we measure the cable run before quoting a charger.

Not sure if the panel can take another circuit?
That is the first thing we check at the free estimate. If it can, you will not be sold an upgrade.
Questions
Straight Answers Before You Call
Can you put an EV charger in a detached garage?
Usually, yes. We run a feeder from the main panel to the garage, either buried in conduit or along the structure, and fit a small subpanel or a single charger circuit there. The trench length and the panel's spare capacity are what move the price, so we measure both at the estimate.
Who handles the permit?
That is our job. Any work that needs a permit is applied for by us, the inspection is scheduled by us and one of our electricians stays for it. A copy of the approved permit comes to you, which helps if you ever sell.
What warranty comes with the work?
Installation labor carries two years of workmanship cover. If a connection we made works loose or a device we fitted was mounted wrong, we come back and correct it at no labor charge. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself apply on top of that.
Is a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel a real problem?
Both brands have breakers with a documented history of failing to trip under overload. Many insurers and home inspectors flag them. We can tell you which you have at the estimate and price a replacement if that is the right call.
Is the estimate really free?
It is. No charge for the visit and no obligation after it. The written breakdown stays with you whether you hire us or not.
When does a house actually need 200 amps?
We run a load calculation from what is in the house now and what you plan to add, say an EV charger, heat pump or bigger kitchen. Some homes on 100 or 150 amps have room to spare. If yours does not, the numbers will show it.
What if something is sparking or smells hot?
Switch off the breaker for that circuit, or the main if you are unsure, and keep clear of the area. Then call us. Hazard calls are put ahead of booked project work on our working days, and if there is fire or smoke, call 911 first.
